Averon connects brands with manufacturing capability and manages sourcing, production, quality and international supply. One accountable partner.

Connecting Markets. Managing Supply. Packaging sourcing, development, manufacturing management, quality assurance, compliance coordination, freight and international delivery.

Manufacturing is one part of the journey. Sourcing, development, production, quality, compliance and freight decide whether packaging arrives on time, to specification, at the planned cost.

Averon manages all of it as one accountable partner. You define the requirement. We coordinate the route to production and bring it to your door.

One journey. Managed end to end.

Six stages, each with an owner at Averon and a checkpoint before the next. Nothing scales before the specification, the sample and the terms are approved.

Brief

You define the product, market, quantity, target cost and date. We turn it into a specification a factory can quote.

Source

We select the manufacturing route: the factory whose machinery, capacity and certificate scope fit the job.

Develop

Structure, material and print are resolved. Samples are made and approved before anything scales.

Produce

Production runs against the approved specification, with checkpoints agreed in advance.

Verify

Material, colour, structure and finishing are approved on samples and written into the specification. The press runs to what was signed, not to what was assumed.

    Local access. International coordination.

    Why Averon

    One point of coordination

Client requirement through shipment, with a named owner at every stage.

    Multi-factory sourcing

Manufacturing routes matched to project requirements, not every order forced through one facility.

    Quality planned before production

Specifications, artwork, colour references, samples and inspection points established before scale production.

    Commercial visibility

Factory price considered alongside quality, freight, lead time and landed cost.

    Quality is designed in.

Define the standard. Approve the specification. Monitor the process. Document the outcome. Where agreed, inspection follows AQL sampling or your own procedure.

Sustainability on a packaging programme is a set of decisions, not a claim. Where the product and the destination market allow, Averon reviews:

    • material efficiency in the structure and the layout
    • recyclable, fibre-based alternatives
    • certified materials, where suitable and supported by valid supplier evidence
    • structural optimisation of the pack and the case
    • carton, pallet and container utilisation

Environmental claims are supported by material data or supplier documentation, or they are not made.
